Job description

Experienced US Staffing recruiters to run full-cycle recruitment for our US clients - sourcing, screening, submitting and closing across contract, contract-to-hire and permanent roles. Fully remote, night shift, flexible to any time zone. Deep expertise across US sourcing channels, tax terms and work authorization categories is essential.

We are hiring experienced International Recruiters for our US Staffing desk, working fully remotely from India. You will own requirements end to end for our US clients: understand the job order properly, source the right candidates through every channel available to you, screen them on skills, rate and availability, submit strong profiles fast, run the interview process, and close the offer. Speed matters in US staffing, but so does quality - a fast submission of the wrong profile costs the account. This is a night shift role aligned to US business hours. Our clients sit across US time zones, so you must be genuinely willing to align your working hours to whatever schedule the account requires, including a change of hours if you are moved to a different client. We are specifically looking for recruiters who already know the US staffing market properly - not just how to post a job and wait. You should understand tax terms and engagement models, US work authorization categories and how they affect a submission, rate negotiation and margins, VMS/MSP processes, and the difference between sourcing for a direct client and sourcing for an implementation partner. SOURCING EXPERTISE WE EXPECT Hands-on command of the full US sourcing toolkit: job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, TechFetch), LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator, advanced Boolean and X-ray search, internal ATS database mining, VMS and MSP portals, referrals, professional groups and communities, Google/GitHub/Stack Overflow sourcing, and mass-mailing and calling campaigns. You should be able to explain which channel you would use for a given requirement and why. WORK-FROM-HOME SETUP A solid home setup is a hard requirement: a reliable high-speed internet connection with a backup, a working laptop or desktop, power backup, a good quality noise-cancelling headset, and a quiet, private, distraction-free room where candidate and client calls can be taken professionally. SELECTION PROCESS Submit your details now. If our team shortlists you for the role, our recruitment team will contact you within the next 4 working days with the next steps of the interview process. If you do not hear from us within that period, please consider that our recruitment team has not shortlisted you for this role on this occasion.

What you'll do

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for US client requirements - contract (W2, C2C, 1099), contract-to-hire and permanent positions.
  • Read and break down job orders properly, and clarify unclear requirements with the account manager or client before sourcing.
  • Source candidates across every available channel - job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS database mining, Boolean and X-ray search, VMS/MSP portals, referrals, groups and networks.
  • Build and run targeted mass-mail and calling campaigns, and maintain your own pipeline of ready-to-submit talent.
  • Screen candidates thoroughly on technical skills, experience, communication, rate expectations, location and availability.
  • Validate work authorization category and tax term for every candidate before submission, and understand how each affects the placement.
  • Negotiate pay rates and margins, and handle counter-offers and rate escalations professionally.
  • Format and submit high-quality profiles quickly, with accurate rate, availability and summary notes.
  • Coordinate the interview process end to end - scheduling, preparation, feedback and follow-up with both sides.
  • Close offers, manage documentation, background checks and onboarding handover, and stay in touch through the first weeks.
  • Maintain clean and disciplined ATS hygiene - every submission, status, note and next step logged accurately.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and vendor partners to create a repeatable pipeline.
  • Track and report daily and weekly metrics - submissions, interviews, closures and submission-to-interview ratio.
  • Follow US recruitment compliance and EEO principles, and handle candidate data securely and confidentially.
  • Share market intelligence on skills availability, rate trends and competitor activity with the team.

What we're looking for

  • 2-6 years of hands-on US STAFFING recruitment experience. This is mandatory - domestic-only or non-US international recruitment will not be considered.
  • Sound knowledge of international recruitment practices and the US staffing model - direct clients, implementation partners, prime vendors, MSP and VMS arrangements.
  • Expert-level command of US sourcing channels: Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, TechFetch, LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator, advanced Boolean and X-ray search, ATS database mining, VMS/MSP portals, referrals, communities and mass-mailing tools.
  • Solid understanding of US tax terms and engagement models - W2, Corp-to-Corp, 1099 - and of US work authorization categories (USC, GC, H1B, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, TN, OPT/CPT) and how they affect a submission.
  • Working knowledge of rate negotiation, bill rate vs pay rate and margin calculation.
  • Excellent English communication skills - clear spoken English for candidate and client calls and precise written English for submissions and summaries.
  • Willing to work NIGHT SHIFTS aligned to US business hours, and willing to work in ANY time zone as per client requirements.
  • Hands-on with ATS and recruitment platforms (Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, Oorwin or similar) and with VMS portals (Fieldglass, Beeline, Wand or similar).
  • Proven track record of submissions and closures, with numbers you can talk through.
  • Strong ownership, urgency and follow-through - US staffing is a speed business and this is a remote role with real targets.
  • MANDATORY work-from-home setup: reliable high-speed internet with backup, a working laptop or desktop, power backup, a good quality noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, private room.
  • Any Graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
  • Ready to join immediately or at short notice.

Nice to have

  • Niche specialisation - IT infrastructure, cloud and DevOps, data and AI, cybersecurity, ERP, healthcare, engineering, finance or life sciences.
  • Healthcare staffing experience - travel nursing, allied health or locum tenens.
  • Federal, state or government contract staffing exposure.
  • Experience recruiting for direct clients rather than only through layers.
  • Account management or client-facing experience alongside recruitment.
  • Experience mentoring or leading a small recruitment pod.
  • Use of AI sourcing and outreach tools to improve pipeline quality and speed.

What we offer

  • Fully remote role - no commute, work from anywhere in India
  • Uncapped incentives on submissions, interviews and closures
  • Direct client requirements rather than only end-of-chain layers where available
  • Access to premium job boards, sourcing tools and ATS licences
  • Night shift allowance as per policy
  • Structured onboarding and ongoing training on US staffing processes
  • Growth path into Senior Recruiter, Team Lead and Account Manager roles
  • Compensation discussed based on experience, niche and closure track record
