Job description
Experienced freelance recruiters to source and close candidates for our IT and Non-IT hiring requirements on a commission basis. Fully work from home, flexible hours - earn on every successful closure.
AB7 Solutions is looking to collaborate with experienced Freelance Recruiters who want to work flexibly while earning based on successful closures. We have active hiring requirements across IT and Non-IT profiles for our clients.
As a freelance recruiter, you will work on live mandates shared by our team, source and screen relevant candidates through your own channels and network, and manage them through to joining. You will work as per each client's requirements, timelines and hiring process.
This is a commission-based engagement - your earnings are linked to the candidates you successfully close.
What you'll do
- Understand job descriptions and client requirements for IT and Non-IT roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases and your own network
- Screen and shortlist relevant candidates before submission
- Share pre-screened profiles within agreed timelines
- Coordinate interviews and keep candidates engaged through the process
- Follow up consistently with candidates until offer and joining
- Work as per each client's requirements, timelines and hiring process
- Maintain regular status updates with the AB7 recruitment team
What we're looking for
- Sound hands-on experience in recruitment (IT and/or Non-IT)
- Strong and reliable candidate sourcing channels and talent network
- Ability to understand JDs quickly and identify relevant candidates
- Ready to work as per client requirements and timelines
- Commitment to timely follow-ups and closures
- Comfortable working on a commission-only basis
- Own laptop and stable internet connection
Nice to have
- Access to paid job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Experience in bulk / volume hiring
- Experience working with staffing agencies or placement consultancies
