1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AB7 Solutions website (www.ab7solutions.com) and our remote staffing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

AB7 Solutions provides workforce solutions including:

• Pre-vetted remote professional staffing
• Healthcare outsourcing (HIPAA-compliant)
• IT staffing and software development
• Digital marketing and content services
• Administrative and back-office support
• Cybersecurity services

3. Engagement Models

We offer flexible engagement models including part-time, full-time dedicated, and custom enterprise solutions. Specific terms for each engagement are outlined in individual service agreements.

4. Replacement Guarantee

If a remote professional does not meet your expectations, AB7 Solutions provides a free replacement at no additional cost, subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement.

5. Confidentiality & NDA

All engagements are protected by Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). AB7 Solutions and its remote professionals are bound to maintain strict confidentiality of client data, processes, and intellectual property.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in individual service agreements. Standard terms include monthly invoicing with net-15 or net-30 payment cycles. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

7. Intellectual Property

All work produced by AB7 Solutions professionals during an engagement is the intellectual property of the client, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

AB7 Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Mohali, Punjab, India.
