Job description
Consultant – General Medicine (MD / DNB) for hospital units at Rohtak, Jhajjar, Charkhi Dadri and Panipat. Full-time OPD, IPD and emergency care. ₹3.5–4.0 lakh per month. Freshers and experienced doctors are both welcome.
AB7 Solutions is hiring a Consultant – General Medicine on behalf of a reputed hospital group in Haryana. AB7 Solutions manages the recruitment process; the hiring hospital is shared with candidates once they are shortlisted.
This is a full-time, hospital-based consultant position in General Medicine covering both outpatient and inpatient care. As Consultant – General Medicine you will independently evaluate, diagnose and manage patients with acute and chronic medical conditions, take emergency and critical cases as they come, lead daily patient rounds and work alongside other specialities on multidisciplinary care.
The Consultant – General Medicine role is open at four locations – Rohtak, Jhajjar, Charkhi Dadri and Panipat. Candidates are asked to indicate their preferred location when applying.
Both fresh MD / DNB (General Medicine) postgraduates and experienced consultants are encouraged to apply. Compensation is ₹3.5–4.0 lakh per month, and immediate joiners or candidates on a short notice period are preferred.
What you'll do
- Provide comprehensive OPD and IPD medical care
- Evaluate, diagnose and manage patients with acute and chronic medical conditions
- Handle emergency and critical medical cases as required
- Conduct patient rounds and monitor treatment progress
- Coordinate with other specialities for multidisciplinary patient care
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient history, diagnosis and treatment
- Follow hospital clinical protocols, quality standards and patient-safety practices
- Participate in clinical discussions, referrals and follow-up care
- Maintain professional communication with patients and their attendants
What we're looking for
- MD or DNB in General Medicine from a recognised institution
- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission or the relevant State Medical Council
- Freshers as well as experienced consultants are eligible to apply
- Willingness to be based at one of the four Haryana locations – Rohtak, Jhajjar, Charkhi Dadri or Panipat
- Ability to manage emergency and critical medical cases independently
- Sound clinical judgement and strong diagnostic skills across general medicine
- Clear, empathetic communication with patients and their attendants
- Comfortable with clinical documentation, hospital protocols and quality standards
Nice to have
- Prior consultant experience in a multi-speciality or tertiary-care hospital
- Exposure to ICU and critical-care management
- Experience working with hospital information systems and electronic medical records
- Immediate availability or a short notice period
- Familiarity with NABH quality and patient-safety standards
