# Getting Started with AB7 Solutions

A four-step process. No long sales cycle. No multi-week procurement.

## Step 1 — Discovery Call (Day 0)

Book a 30-minute call. We will ask:

- What role(s), how many, and at what seniority?
- What time-zone overlap do you need?
- What compliance scope applies (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, UAE PDPL)?
- What is the engagement type (FTE, project, RPO, managed pod, BPO outcome)?
- What tools and systems will the professional touch (CRM, EHR, ATS, repo, ad accounts)?

You leave the call with a price band, a delivery model, and a date for the shortlist.

## Step 2 — Shortlist or Scope (within 24 hours – 5 business days)

- **Standard remote roles** (VA, scribe, coder, SDR, bookkeeper, developer, marketer): 3 pre-vetted profiles within 24 hours. Many roles ship in 60 minutes from our active bench.
- **Full RPO search**: passive sourcing kicks off; 3–8 profiles within 5 business days; close usually 30–40 days.
- **Fixed-scope projects** (website, pen test, AI agent, RAG pipeline): detailed scope, milestones, and price within 48 hours.

## Step 3 — SOW + Start Date

- We sign a Master Service Agreement (MSA), an NDA, a Data Processing Addendum (DPA), and — for healthcare engagements — a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Vendor-security questionnaires returned within 48 hours.
- Statement of Work specifies scope, headcount, hours, SLA, KPIs, and start date.
- Invoicing is monthly in advance; net-15 enterprise terms available on annual contracts.

## Step 4 — Onboarding (60 minutes – 5 business days)

- **Standard FTE** — 60 minutes to provision SSO, repo access, comms (Slack / Teams), and project-management seats.
- **Healthcare and regulated** — 1–3 business days for HIPAA training sign-off, BAA cross-check, and EHR access provisioning.
- **Managed pod** — 5 business days for shadow-week, runbook hand-off, and SLA dashboard live.
- **Project** — kick-off call same week, weekly status calls thereafter.

## Replacement & Cancellation

- **Replacement** is free, no notice required, in the first 30 days. After 30 days, 5 business days notice and a no-questions-asked replacement.
- **Cancellation** for FTE engagements is 30 days notice; project work is paid only for delivered milestones.
- **Holiday and PTO** — the FTE rate includes 12–15 days PTO per year and statutory India holidays; we share an annual calendar at onboarding.

## What You Need to Have Ready

- A clear job description or scope document (we will help you sharpen it on the discovery call).
- A point of contact (the AB7 professional's "manager" inside your team).
- Access provisioning checklist (SSO, tools, repos, CRM, EHR, ad accounts).
- Compliance documents (BAA template if healthcare, vendor security policy, data-flow diagrams).

## Common First Engagements

- One dedicated VA or SDR for 3 months → expand to a 3–5 person pod.
- One developer + one QA → grow to a 6-person managed product team.
- One medical scribe → grow to a 12-person scribing + coding + RCM team.
- A single pen test → grow into a managed SOC pod + vCISO retainer.
- A single SEO specialist → grow into a SEO/AEO/GEO/AIO multi-discipline team.
